5	Simple Past	Untuk menyatakan aktivitas yang terjadi di waktu lampau dengan keterangan yang jelas	S+V2+O+keterangan waktu	The teacher called us	S + WAS/WERE + V 3 We were called by the teacher
6	Past Continuous	Untuk menyatakan aktivitas yang sedang dilakukan dimasa lampau	S+was/were+V-ing +O+keterangan waktu	I was studying English at 8 o’clock last night	S + WAS/WERE + BEING + V 3 English was being studied by me
7	Past Perfect	Untuk menyatakan suatu peristiwa yang sudah sempurna selesai sebelum kegiatan yang lain selesai	S+had+V3+O	I had already left before they got there The teacher had called me	S + HAD + BEEN + V 3 I had been called by the teacher
8	Past Perfect Continuous	Untuk menyatakan kapan dimulainya sebuah aktivitas di masa lalu atau menyatakan durasinya	S+had+been+V-ing +O+keterangan waktu	The police had been looking for the criminal for two years before they caught him The teacher had been calling me	S + HAD + BEEN + BEING + V 3 I had been being called by the teacher
9	Simple Future	Untuk menyatakan suatu peristiwa yang akan terjadi di masa yang akan datang (ekspresi sebuah planing)	S+will/shall+V1 +keterangan waktu	He will goto Indonesia later The teacher will call me	S + WILL + BE + V 3 I will be called by the teacher
10	Future Continuous	Untuk menyatakan suatu aktivitas atau kejadian yang akan sedang berlangsung di masa yang akan datang	S+will/shall+be+V-ing+O+keterangan waktu	He will be listening to the radio at 7 o’clock tomorrow morning The  teacher will be calling me	S + WILL + BE + BEING + V 3 I will be being called by the teacher
11	Future Perfect	Untuk menyatakan suatu aktivitas yang telah sempurna selesai di masa yang akan datang sebelum kejadian yang lain terjadi	S+will/shall+have+V3+O+keterangan waktu	They will have finished their duty by next year The teacher will have called me	S + WILL + HAVE + BEEN + V 3 I will have been called by the teacher

14	Past Future Continuous	Untuk menyatakan suatu aktivitas yang akan sedang berlangsung di masa lampau	S+would/should+be+V-ing+O+keterangan waktu	She would be singing a rock song at 9 o’clock p.m. last night
